This Omeka S site is the working pilot for the CUNY ETD migration. It exposes the integrated metadata as a browsable public layer while file delivery rules are still being finalized.

Current collection coverage:

• CUNY Legacy ETDs: 9784 records. Legacy CUNY ETDs from the ProQuest workbook and PDF dump. Metadata and attached PDFs are public in the pilot unless otherwise restricted. Record count in current canonical export: 9784.
• CUNY Restricted ETDs: 173 records. Restricted subset of legacy CUNY ETDs. Metadata is public; attached PDFs remain private/restricted in the pilot. Record count in current canonical export: 173.
• CUNY ETDs 2009-2013: 2127 records. CUNY ETD batch for 2009-2013. PDFs are attached only when a batch filename and title-page match resolve deterministically; attached files are public in the pilot unless otherwise restricted. Record count in current canonical export: 2126.

The metadata includes advisor corrections and program additions from the supplemental advisor workbooks where those matches were confident. PDFs are intentionally not attached in this stage, so item pages currently expose metadata only.
